STOA - Contemporary Dance Show

The New Zealand School of Dance have their students choreograph their own performances using fellow students, then collate the works into one show. For 2018, the show was called STOA and contained some very powerful work. My job was to film the event and produce a recording that the school can use primarily for archival purposes, and to use the choreography as reference for new waves of future students.

I shot the show three times, twice in order to have two separate angles to cut to-and-from, and one final time to capture art shots, which I compiled into the preview video above, which was used for promotional purposes as well as a reflection of the show once complete.
