Hell Pizza - Coeliac NZ's Dining Out Program

Through Dinniss Communications, I was tasked to film the steps and considerations required for preparing and cooking a gluten free pizza. The steps needed to show the thorough attention Hell Pizza staff have been trained to pay to ensure there is no cross contamination and that their coeliac patrons can eat there with confidence.
