Fuso NZ - JB Hire Testimonial
Once again, I was off with Dinniss Communications to another Fuso customer to interview them around their experience operating the vehicles. In this case, specifically the Fuso Enduro. John has a Hire and a Construction division and had been a driver of these trucks for years so his testimony came with a good deal of gravitas, and his loyalty to the name was unmistakable. He had a lot of enthusiasm for the brand, as well as a very down to earth way of reflecting on the various features. A fantastic start for a video like this.
We spent some time speaking with John Matangi, then proceeded to film some b-roll in the area. I brought the Inspire 2 along for the ride, so we go it in the air and were able to capture some great material, especially of the trucks in question being loaded up by a small digger, and then unloading in a deposit site close by.
I was able to capture the grittiness of the work being carried out but also the modern robustness of the truck’s design. There was that nice afternoon light bouncing off all the shiny bits of the truck, so was a good time to get some of the hero shots and brand.
We made a 30 seconds variant of the video as well as the one linked. Both were received well by our mutual client and I believe they more than covered what was required.
